• Introductory offer for first-time clients only: 4 private sessions for $200
• Private sessions: Single session rate is $70 or a package of 10 sessions for $650
• Semi-private sessions: Single per person rate is $45 or a package of 10 for $400 per person
• Small group Mat class: One eight week session of mat classes for $200 (limit of 4 people per class)
• Tower Trios: Ten week course for $300 for those who have completed the Mat class or instructor’s approval
